Hey guys, class is in session once again :-) . Whether you are a seasoned diabetic, or newly diagnosed, knowing what foods to eat can be a bit madding at times. However, most of the same healthy foods that non-diabetics can eat, are likely to be also ok for a diabetic, so long it is carb, fats, and caloric friendly. In this video, I discuss what are calories, and why it is important. I also talk about why itâs important to not only focus on calories alone.
